Alexis received her bachelor of science degree in Political Science from Clayton State University. After receiving her bachelor's degree she decided to intern for Stacey Abrams Gubernatorial campaign and soon found herself working full time as an organizer with the Democratic Party of Georgia.
After working as a Field Director in Georgia, Alexis joined Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock's historic U.S. Senate campaign as the Digital Fundraising Manager, creating a grassroots fundraising program that raised over 2.5 million dollars.
Her passion is working for progressive change and to continue being an advocate for the black community, communities of color, and historically marginalized groups.
